Is my data private? Who owns it?
Your data is yours, full stop. Your sites, layers, and uploads are private to your organization — other Mappa IQ users can never see them. We never sell your data or share it with third parties, and you can export or permanently delete everything at any time.
What's the difference between data points and AI messages?
Data points are the pins on your map — each site, listing, or parcel you track. AI messages are questions you ask Nila, our built-in assistant. Your daily AI allowance refreshes every day and never rolls over; a longer question uses a little more of it than a short one.
What happens if I hit my daily AI limit?
The map and all your data keep working — only Nila chat pauses until the allowance resets the next day. Pro raises the daily limit, and Business removes it entirely.
Does every plan really include a call with a real person?
Yes. Every plan — including Basic — comes with a free 30-minute onboarding call. We help you import your sites, set up your layers, and get your first analysis running so you're productive on day one. Business members get a full hands-on data migration.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account in a couple of clicks — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Annual plans give you 2 months free versus paying monthly.
