By accessing or using Mappa IQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Mappa IQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Share, sell, or sublicense access to the Service without permission

3. Your Data

You retain all ownership of the data you upload to Mappa IQ. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

4. AI Features

Mappa IQ includes AI-powered features (Nila) powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for business decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.

5. Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service for technical or legal reasons. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mappa IQ platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Mappa IQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mappa IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
